The COVID-19 outbreak has brought anxiety, uncertainty, and fear into our lives, but you don’t need to suffer in silence–you’re not alone. Staying in touch with friends, family, and your community is more important now than ever. If you need help, re feeling isolated, or just want to talk, don’t be afraid to reach out.
It is also essential to be respectful of others’ feelings. Everybody manages anxiety and stress differently. Please be thoughtful and non-judgmental. Also, be mindful of your actions; you must stay home if you can and keep a proper distance between yourself and others if you do go out.
The Washington County Dems are more than a county party; we are first and foremost a community. Our volunteers have been tirelessly making calls to check in with our members and will continue to do so.
Please follow CDC guidelines for social distancing and check out their page on Stress and Coping.

Remember, we are all in this together. Be kind and be well.
