The Washington County Dems recently received the following note along with a donation towards keeping our office open:
“In Honor of the ‘Canvassers,’ ‘Callers,’ and ‘Door Hangers’ and all the Other Volunteers in the 2014 Election—Democracy and Education are not a one-time thing, but an evolving and continuing process. Thank you for your efforts in trying to better Wisconsin.”

On Saturday, November 1st, our Phone Bankers were so good that we made it through the call sheets that we were assigned for the whole weekend by 1:00 PM. We were the first office in Wisconsin to finish our original sheets!
Our Canvassers also had great success as they walked all of the weekend’s lists except two.
Overall, we made 2500 calls and knocked on 1120 doors!

We will be having a “Results Watching Party” at the Dem Office on Tuesday, November 4th, from 8:00 PM to ???? We’d love to celebrate the election of a new Governor in Wisconsin with you! Please bring a snack to pass. Beverages will be provided.
