For our August “Community Service Project” we will be collecting puzzle pieces for a rehab program in our community which uses the pieces to create art.
These puzzle pieces can be random pieces—such as from an old puzzle with missing pieces or loose puzzle pieces at the bottom of the toy box. Or, if you see puzzles at a rummage sale.
What a great way to repurpose lost puzzle pieces!

“Talking About Gun Sense” – our next community forum on Wednesday, August 26th from 7:00 to 8:30 PM
Khary Penebaker, a spokesperson for the Wisconsin chapter of “Moms Demand Action” will lead the discussion to advocate for “Gun Sense” in our society. He has an important story to tell.

Bernie Sanders “Meet Up” on Wednesday, July 29th from 7:00 to 8:00 PM
There will be a “meet up” at the office for anyone interested in working on the Bernie Sanders campaign for President. The group will meet to discuss ideas to raise awareness and help his campaign with grassroots efforts in Washington County.
There will be a video message from Bernie Sanders at the event.
Groups will be meeting throughout the country on this date at this time.
