The following events will take place at the Washington County Democratic Party office, which is located at 132 North Main Street in West Bend.
Coordinated Campaign Volunteer Opportunities 
Listed below are several volunteer opportunities with the Coordinated Campaign. Come help knock on doors and make calls to let people know about the important campaigns of Russ Feingold and Khary Penebaker.   Training provided.  Please contact our Washington County Organizer, Jase Tilley, at 630-546-2966 to sign up or to ask questions.
Wednesday, July 13th  – Phone Bank: 5-8 PM 
Saturday, July 16th – Canvass: 11 – 2 PM ; 2-5 PM 
Sunday, July 17th  – Canvass:  2-5 PM 
Saturday, July 23rd – Canvass: 11 – 2 PM; 2-5 PM 
Sunday, July 24th – Canvass: 2-5 PM 
Wednesday, July 20  – Monthly General Membership Meeting: 7pm-8:30 pm
Come help us prepare for the 2016 elections!  Jase Tilley, Washington County’s Coordinated Campaign Organizer, will give an update and lead a discussion about our current progress and our future actions for our Democratic candidates in Wisconsin!  Kevin Kopplin of the Young Dems of Wisconsin will also be talking with us about his organization’s work and what we can do in Washington County to get more people under the age of 30 involved in our work!

Tuesday, April 12th, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM: Legislative Update with Wisconsin Representative Melissa Sargent

Wisconsin Representative Sargent will give an update on current legislative issues in Madison and then take questions from the audience.

This is our opportunity to hear about the important votes that were taken this year in our legislature and to learn more about how they will affect our everyday lives.

April 5th Election

The April 5th General Election is coming up fast! Do you know the candidates and/or referendums? If not, be sure to check out this website:

On this Wisconsin website, you type in your name and date of birth to be connected with your voting location and the candidates and/or referendums.

You DO NEED AN ID to vote! So, please check out this Wisconsin website for information on acceptable forms of ID:

Please note that “Early Voting” begins on Monday, March 21st and continues through Friday, April 1st. Contact your city/town/village clerk for specific dates, times and locations.

West Bend School Board Candidate Forums

There will be two forums for the candidates running for the West Bend School Board. This is a great way to learn more about the candidates.

The first forum will be on Tuesday, March 22nd, 6:30 to 8:00 PM, at the West Bend City Hall Common Council Chambers that will be hosted by the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce.

The second forum will be on Wednesday, March 23rd, 6:30 to 8:00 PM, at the Moose Lodge that will be hosted by Common Sense Citizens.
