Tuesday, October 27th, 7:00 PM is the NEW DATE and time for our latest Community Forum on “Getting Big Money Out of Politics.”
Our Guest Speaker will be Matt Rothschild, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign and former writer and editor of The Progressive magazine. Matt is a fantastic speaker who will address this very important issue.
All are welcome. Please help spread the word about this interesting forum!
The Washington County Democratic Party will be hiring a full time organizer soon!
Our members voted at the last Membership Meeting to move forward in hiring our new organizer. At this point, we have raised enough funds to hire the organizer for five months.
However, our original goal was to hire an organizer through May, so we will still need to raise more funds if we want to reach this goal. If you can donate or donate more, please send a check to Washington County Democratic Party, P.O. Box 355, West Bend, WI 53095. Add a note that says your donation if for our organizer. Or, just “click” on “Contribute with ActBlue” in the right column of this blogspot to make a secure donation by credit card to the Washington County Democratic Party.

We have a lot of important work on the agenda for Wednesday:
1- We will be solidifying our decision on hiring a full-time organizer in Washington County.
2- We will have Spaghetti Dinner tickets available for you to take for selling.
3- We will be presenting our first place prize winnings to a representative from “Friends of Abused Families.”
4- We will be discussing whether to do a “Democratic Debate Watching Party” at the office.
